Collingwood is in unique Golden Bay, close to Wharariki Beach and Farewell Spit, 120 kms west of Nelson at the top of the South Island. The route to Collingwood from Nelson follows Highway 60 through Motueka and over "The Hill" to Takaka, a journey of about 90 minutes. Collingwood is 27kms further on, in the township, turn right into Gibbs Road at the cross roads behind the Courthouse Cafe, "Somerset" is situated 200 meters up the hill .

    CANCELLATIONS - OUR POLICY

    We understand that plans can change rapidly as situations evolve. Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to day of arrival.

    We do try to accommodate your changing circumstances as much as possible, but WE need at least this time to give us the chance to relet the accommodation. Failure to show up or supply such notice will result in us charging your credit card the FULL amount for that night.

    Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel your reservation and we will try to re-sell your bed and avoid having to charge you... Now we can't be fairer than that can we?
