After Labour weekend, there is a regular bus service in or out of the Heaphy Track, to Takaka or Collingwood. Also from Totaranui to Takaka. There is however, no bus connection between the Abel Tasman and the Heaphy Track the same day and as we offer 4WD Shuttle Services all over Golden Bay, specialising between the Abel Tasman National Park and the Heaphy Track, we can save you a day. We can arrange to shop in Takaka to replenish supplies.

We are usually available on demand on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, due to other commitments, we can only offer a limited service early in the morning or after 1730 hrs.

We can pick you up from the regular evening Golden Bay Coachlines bus service in Takaka and bring you to Collingwood. Sleep in the comfortable quality BBH accommodationast at Somerset House for less than the price to a "Hut ticket", INCLUDING FREE BREAKFAST.
We can take you to the Heaphy Track or elsewhere early the following morning, any day of the week.
